The philosophy of Riverdale Presbyterian Church Nursery School (RPCNS) is to provide a warm, safe, accepting environment where your child may grow as an individual. Our primary goals are to help each child develop a positive self-image, to foster the development of self confidence as an individual, to foster an awareness of others, and to encourage positive peer relationships.

RPCNS's developmental philosophy is to offer successful tasks as well as appropriate challenges and an introduction to basic readiness concepts through play. These areas include socialization skills, language arts and an age-appropriate literacy program, mathematics, science, technology and social sciences, nutrition and the arts.

RPCNS provides a quality program where your child is exposed to and involved in a variety of preschool learning experiences. Our emphasis is to foster the healthy growth and development of your child.
